FAQ on selling your Porsche
FAQ on selling your Porsche
General
This platform makes it easy for you to consult with Porsche experts to get a price for your vehicle. You can receive initial non-binding offers sent by official Porsche Centres, so finalising the sale should be as easy as possible for you. The sale to an official Porsche Centre is much less stressful, as you do not have to arrange time-consuming individual appointments and test drives with private interested parties.
After entering the VIN (vehicle identification number), you log in via your Porsche ID (creating one if you do not already have one). We then need the most important information about the condition and history of your vehicle. You also have the option of selecting which Porsche Centres the purchase request should be sent to. Finally, your contact details will be requested to inform you of new non-binding offers.
You can create a purchase request within approx. 10 minutes. We have designed the form for completing a purchase request to be as easy as possible for you to obtain non-binding offers from Porsche Centres.
Data protection is very important to us. Porsche Centres do not see any of your personal data at the time a purchase request is created (other than your postcode). Only when you express an interest in an offer will your contact details be visible to the Porsche Centre in order to discuss the next steps with you.
The value of a Porsche depends on different factors such as vehicle age, mileage, options, equipment, market demand and condition.
Supported vehicles
All Porsche models can be offered for sale on the platform. That includes the 911, 718 (Cayman/Boxster), Taycan, Panamera, Macan and Cayenne. It is also possible to sell special editions. We only need your VIN (vehicle identification number) to recognise the model.
It is also possible to sell classic cars on the platform. However, it is important to note that vehicles with high mileage or many previous owners may receive fewer or no offers from Porsche Centres.
No, only Porsche vehicles can be sold on this platform.
It is possible to sell a Porsche with pre-existing damage on this platform. Pre-existing damage will need to be examined by a used car expert and any price offered by a Porsche Centre will depend on the condition of the vehicle. It should be noted that the probability of receiving an offer is lower for vehicles which have damage from an accident.
You can offer your financed or leased Porsche on this platform for sale. The Porsche Centre will take care of the settlement and all other formalities at no extra cost.
